“When I received my order the box had been damaged in transit and one of the bags was punctured and already had mold growing in it. I reported the issue through "problen with your order?" link and requested a new bag be shipped or a refund be issued for the damaged bag, but I never heard back from anyone. I am disappointed that the bags didn't have more durable packaging like other orders I've made, and that nobody replied to my previous message. Order # 77905.”
“While I love the products I have reached out to the company on numerous occasions to cancel my subscription for reoccurring orders and cannot get anyone to respond to me to cancel future shipments. When I log into my account it shows no subscriptions to cancel and I would genuinely appreciate help in this matter. The orders have gone to my old address 3 months in a row as I have been unable to alter the delivery address.”
“Instructional videos and access to mycologist support are completely missing. Videos are down. No response from support contact page. I have used Mushroom Supplies products in the past and liked them, but am now starting to have doubts. Has the comany grown too fast for their own good?”
“Just got my package 2 bags of dirt. I wasn't aware it wasn't a complete kit. You should advise your customers the spores have to be purchased separately they are not included. So it's not really an all n 1 type of thing.”
“Purchased 4 bags. One broke during inoculation following their instructions, the air patch came apart from the bag. I taped it up and waited to see for contamination. All bags ended up being contaminated. Three were replaced because I had purchased mycoprotect with my original order but they would not replace the one that broke. If they won't replace defective product without extra "insurance" purchased then forget it, I'll never purchase again.”
“I was a customer prior to this order they sent it to my previous address which was 11 years ago don't know how it got there I never ordered way back then so I had to go to a different house to pick it up when I got it they sent me a dirt bag instead of a wood bag so how do I grow I wood loving mushroom in dirt.”
