“If this is a review of the product....I'll give it 10 out of 10. Piece of piss! As for Music Junkie....sadly a store that started out with right intentions of delivering a decent quality customer service seems to plummetting towards Academy of Sound esque lethargy a frightening pace. Staffed by muso's who wouldn't be employed anywhere else and just want a nice dossy job where they can play old Dream Theatre riffs all day long. Carlsboro, Sound Control, AOS may have gotten away with this back in the day. But with online retail now the dominant force in this sector you really need to try harder!”

“This is a review for the staff at Music Junkie, rather than the product itself. I can fully recommend them to anyone that requires service that is over and above what is necessary. I was in need of the drum stool after mine broke suddenly. Kyle offered to lend me his own stool if I did not want to buy one! This is typical of everyone at Music Junkie - nothing is too much trouble. Thank you very much. Neil Clarke - Markfield.”

“I wanted a new guitar amp at short notice and was keen to try the Boss Katana 100w model. I arranged to try the amp via the web-chat tool on the Sunday afternoon, tried and subsequently bought the amp on the Monday morning. All-in-all a very good service, good product knowledge shown by the guys at Music Junkie (thanks Kyle!). Will defiantly buy from here again and will encourage my bandmates to do so too. Thanks!!”

“Had been thinking about investing in a new Taylor for some time, and their brilliant weekend sale tipped the balance. Have not stopped playing it since, my 25 year old well loved 12 string Takemine is feeling a little left out. This was not my first purchase from Music Junkie, but the excellent service has been the same whether for a capo or Taylor. Great to have a local retailer where you can get good expert advice and try things out. #well satisfied.”
