“Excellent service. Had some faulty goods, but replaced and returned in working order. Only suggestion I would give would be a 100% inspection and test on goods before leaving the shop.”

“Definitely worth purchasing your music goods from, however I would have liked to have been sent a further email letting me know that the item I ordered wasn't in stock, instead of myself having to call up. Just for peace of mind.”

“I visited the Leicester store with my 16 year old son in order to check out a new electric guitar for him. The staff were not at all pushy, and very patient while we tried out different guitars. The assistant who dealt with us was very helpful and informative, and we were able to negotiate a good deal when I decided I'd buy an Epiphone electro-acoustic as well as the Ibanez electric my son decided upon.\nOverall, I was very happy with the experience, and would gladly recommend Music Junkie.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. They didn't have the speakers I ordered in stock, so they rang and asked if I was okay with the newer versions at the same price. \n\nEverything very personal. The speakers came quickly after that and were well packaged. Would totally buy from them again”

“I bought the guitar for my son. Also bought a strap and a bag. The staff were very helpful but I was very disappointed with certain aspects of the purchase. The guitar was handed over in its naked state, if I hadn't bought a bag that would have been here it is goodbye. I am sure that is not the way they get delivered to the shop. I had nothing with the guitar at all. I would have expected a booklet or some information or guarantee paperwork but got absolutely nothing, just a guitar and card receipt. Very disappointing. ***”
