“Very good service, good range of stock, you put interesting stuff on your facebook page...the only problem is that your products tend to be slightly more expensive than other comparable music shops in Leicester!”

“I bought a small keyboard. I knew what I wanted, the staff were helpful in finding it. They helped me give the keyboard a try. I did not give 5 stars because there was not really an opportunity to give more service.\n\nI would recommend this store to a friend because the staff are friendly and as far as I know it is the only store in Leicester that has a wide selection of sythesizers and electronic musical instruments.”

“ALL GOOD DAN WAS GREAT SHAME YOU DID NOT HAVE THE EBONY EBO BASS BUT WAS NO LOSS CHERRY RED IS GOOD AND I LIKE IT JUST AS MUCH DONT KNOW HOW THEY DO IT FOR THE PRICE BECAUSE I WOULD NOT CALL IT SECOND RATE JUST VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY PLAYS WELL AND LOOKS GOOD SOUND JUST THE WAY IT SHOULD BACK IN THE 60s THANKS AGAIN OH AND THANKS FOR MACHING THE PRICE ??20.00 SAVING GOT TO BE GOOD THANKS THANKS AND THANKS AGAIN”

“I bought the guitar for my son. Also bought a strap and a bag. The staff were very helpful but I was very disappointed with certain aspects of the purchase. The guitar was handed over in its naked state, if I hadn't bought a bag that would have been here it is goodbye. I am sure that is not the way they get delivered to the shop. I had nothing with the guitar at all. I would have expected a booklet or some information or guarantee paperwork but got absolutely nothing, just a guitar and card receipt. Very disappointing. ***”

“I visited the Leicester store with my 16 year old son in order to check out a new electric guitar for him. The staff were not at all pushy, and very patient while we tried out different guitars. The assistant who dealt with us was very helpful and informative, and we were able to negotiate a good deal when I decided I'd buy an Epiphone electro-acoustic as well as the Ibanez electric my son decided upon.\nOverall, I was very happy with the experience, and would gladly recommend Music Junkie.”

“Excellent service. Had some faulty goods, but replaced and returned in working order. Only suggestion I would give would be a 100% inspection and test on goods before leaving the shop.”
