“I haven’t actually tried the product yet but my experience with the customer service was quite poor. Frustrating and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Seemed very unprofessional. Hopefully the product is much better”
“The quality is very good and so is the sound hoever i did have a problem with the shipment but cant blame then as its mostly due to the virus. One thing i would suggest you could improve on is notify the customer when they are going to receive the buds via email or text message as i did have a few problems due to the fact that I was not home when they came. Other than that everything else was perfect so i highly recommend them. >_”
