“I must say this has been by far the worse delivery service I’ve ever had taken part in my life. Not only was the delivery date so off, but the delivery driver even ended up delivering my scooter to the complete wrong address and then to add insult to injury I didn’t get what I paid for. I ordered ‘Infinity Electric M365 Electric Scooter’ which is valued at approx.. £400-£450 and was delivered a ‘Kugoo or Kirin’ electric scooter instead which is worth approx.. £250-£300.
This has been a poor transaction on the vendors behalf as I feel conned and ripped off by your false and incorrect advertising and then poor communication when it came down to the delivery of my scooter. If the scooter wasn’t in dire need so I may get to and from work, I would have refunded this whole entire order as it is not right what you guys are doing here and now I cannot be compensated for the duration of the package, not receiving what I paid for and getting some shitty Chinese knock off that I now just have to put up with because I’ve used it. Complete and utter trash service I’ve received and it is wrong what you are doing”
