“The microphone is such poor quality it does not work at all 90% off the time ad the other person on the call cannot bear you and 10% of the time when it does work you yourself will hear a buzzing sound in the background and the other person will complain about not hearing you properly.”

“Although these work fine with my iPhone 8, they unfortunately do not seem to be particularly compatible with my partner’s iPhone 11, who was the main person I bought them for. I can only get one earphone of the pair to work with her phone at a time when playing any audio, although the speakers in both earpieces seem to be functional. This is extremely frustrating.”

“Whilst the black ones ordered, and received, look great, I have a couple of reservations. Firstly, there does not appear to be a visible charging / charged light on the case, as referred to in the barely decipherable instructions obviously intended for the white ones, so it's not possible to know the state of charge, or lack thereof, and secondly, they proved very difficult to pair with Android equipment, and once pairing was eventually achieved, they keep disconnecting, needing to be reconnected on a regular basis. Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but the instruction sheet supplied certainly does not help. I was really looking forward to receiving these and using them, but have to say that I am not, at the moment, very impressed.”
