“Absolute con artists. What you think is a one off payment will end up costing you dearly. It's deliberately set up to catch you. I ended up having to cancel my card to stop them taking money from me.”

“Iasd this co to do a car check on the 3nov thinking i would be paying 9.50 but later i found that they took 39.90 from my ac rang 3 times to be anserd by a rude lady no money back so far stay away from these rats why are they aloud to operate and rob people no stars available or thats what they would get does anyone kno how to get money back from these robbers”

“Definitely a rip off company, which is based outside of the UK. They automatically entered me into a subscription which was not made extremely clear to me before I entered into the contract and when I complained they referred me to their terms and conditions, however solely having it their the terms and conditions is not enough, it should be clear and prominent. I have now had to raise a charge back with Visa after providing this company with ample opportunity to refund me, which they never did. I have also reported them to UK trading standards and to the international consumer centre and I would urge others to do likewise they simply can’t be allowed to continue to rip people off. “I paid a one off payment of £5.95 and then today I looked on my bank and saw they had taken an extra £39.90.. apparently it’s a monthly subscription which I never signed up for or agreed to and when I log into the account there is no way to stop this.”

“Contained very little information wasn't freely available online. I used special offer which reduced price to ~£5.00 for a report. Have just had message from the bank that they tried to take £39.00 from my account a few days later!!!”
