“Has good customer service but I do think for regular customers there shout be a further discount to platinum bundle checks as I am a trader and they offer no deals where other companies do”

“As the car had a private plate in the past it couldn't confirm HPI and said I had to ring them to go through it more detail. The office was closed on Saturday evening and closed all day Sunday.....isn't the weekend when most people buy cars and need checks done? Useless as I was paying for the car the following day, Sunday. What a joke! HPI was all I was wanting to confirm. Should be clear about this before taking payment, a major floor. Currently asking for a refund.”

“Thorough assessment as ever (used the service many times) but the valuation in this instance is off by nearly 50% Giving a forecourt valuation of £13,060 on a £25,995 car. I'd say the present market the actual forecourt price is optimistic but by 10% max £23,495 would be on the button.”

“Used this site for years and all good. They need to say on the website that when you buy a Platinum bundle (£20 for 4 checks) that there is no time limit for you to use them. Doesn't make this clear and you assume there is an expiry limit.”

“Not at all bad for the money. Covers most things well. Certainly gave me the information I needed and so the confidence to go ahead with my purchase. Can do further checks still after buying, or could have used what looks like a useful template to follow before parting with the cash. Recommend this system”

“It was not clear whether the report was being sent by only one method or whether you could have it sent by more than one method. Perhaps amend the form to say: By what methods would you like the report? By post - additonal cost £... By email - insert address here By text to mobile - insert number here”
