“The app is great overall but should you wish to actually speak to anyone on the phone - think again, they don’t have a phone line. So if the hpi check isn’t correct etc, you can’t speak to anyone directly,”

Hi Saleh, the reason why your information is not displayed on the check you carried out is due to the fact that you carried out a free check on your My Car Check account, to obtain outstanding finance or mileage you will have to obtain a comprehensive check, please see the email we have sent over to you that will provide all the information that you require.
