“I nearly bought 2 cars this week, and changed my mind after getting a My Car Check. I checked both cars MOT history on the Gov MOT website and both looked good. But when I looked at the My Car Check one had a really odd discrepancy on the mileage, and the other turned out to be a Category D (which I was not told and did not show up on the Gov MOT website. So although both cars looked really good before the My Car Check, neither were suitable afterwards. Seeing I was going to spend quite a lot of money, I was seriously relieved. So well worth the cost of a My Car Check.”

“Wasn't best when I had to call to ask about the details stating the car had outstanding finance to find it didn't have and said was ok to buy .... Nearly lost me the purchase”

“The car I checked showed as having a finance caution , but not who the finance company was . When I rang my car check , they were helpful and provided the info I needed , wouldn't it be better to list the finance companies details with the check ? Otherwise very good .”

“During purchasing a car I phoned "My car check" because I was having difficulty getting an Internet connection (Fault at my end) I spoke to a member of staff who was most helpful. This check is absolutely vital. Do not purchase a vehicle without contacting "My car check" .Thanks to all concerned.”
