“Straightforward. Report came through immediately - showed a problem- told me number to call- contact explained what had been thrown up then phoned relevant source for confirmation of current status. I walked away from car and potentially a lot of hassle and expense. Thanks!”

“Disappointed with the list of 'common faults' to look for on the vehicle, mycarcheck basically said there was very little to look at on the vehicle I requested info on, yet there are a fairly long list of very common problems, often leading to complete engine failure on the diesel Mazda engines I now find out after purchasing!! DPF problems, oil starvation, oil dilution/contamination caused by leaking injector seals...problems with keyless entry/starter system (which I have already suffered a problem from)... I could go on with this list... Feel very let down by mycarcheck and disappointed.”
