“Excellent service & report that could be improved: 1. If the price had not increased so significantly since buying the previous report. I actually tried to buy elswhere before: 2. The loyalty discount needs promoting more openly 3.. By not misleading customers into believing it is necessary to re-register”

“We have been using My Car Check for quite a while and have always been pleased. However, the sudden steep price rise has made us start looking for somewhere else. No notification of the price increase was given in advance. Bearing in mind that when you have been an account holder for as long as we have, you would have thought that out of courtesy, they would have let us know.”

“fantastic service I was buying a second hand car from a garage I asked them if it had ever been in an accident and structurally damaged they said it was not when I checked it on the site it had been written off Cat S in June this year and warned me not to go ahead obviously I didn't buy the car”

“i find my car check very easy to use and it gives me a lot of useful information, how ever i’m not sure how accurate the valuations of vehicles are. because when compared to other places they are often further out than i would expect. so maybe some more accurate valuations would be appreciated. other than that it’s quick, simply and easy to use 👍”

“Provided fast information on a car purchase for my son. For a small extra fee they also told us why the car had been classed as Cat D...which was nothing more than a rear panel being replaced. Also provided the name of the insurance company that classed it as a Cat D if we wanted to check anything further. Highly recommend if you’re purchasing a used car.”

“The free data is usually sufficient for what I need, but parts were missing. Having paid for more information, I was disappointed to find the data was still missing. No warnings, just missing. It's a useful App for my needs but in this occasion, lacking and costly.”

“Not really worth the money, mileage check was based on MOT in 2019 a year ago so valuation was skewed. The rest the information was confirmation of the information from the dealer.”
