“UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Following a harrowing experience with the ordering process, and methods of paying for my order, then assured to have emails sent to me confirming my order. Then without any notification i am left short in my order (missing two items), when i approach MYCIGARA to ask 'where' are my missing items, i get "we were out of stock", would've have been nice to know but i guess once they have been paid any customer service isn't important to them. So i've asked very nicely for them to send an alternative flavour to that of the missing ones! "we can't do that!" But i can have a voucher to use on their website........ no chance i'll be using that!!! Won't be using them again, and hope no-one feels the urge to be disappointed and short changed.”

“Generally, excellent service fast delivery and they have a big selection. A little upset with my last order though. It's the first time this has happened, One of the disposables I ordered didn't taste the same as they usually do. I have had to throw that one away as I cannot use it. Cigara made things right by issuing a gift voucher for the value of the one I had to replace. I wrote to them and their response was very quick. Things were rectified rapidly. Really impressed with the level; of customer service.”

“I was sent the wrong order, I emailed and was told if I took a picture of products they’d send out the correct ones. I did this but have never received products or a refund,”

“MyCigara provide a good range of flavours and products, as well as being at one of the best prices especially when using one of their offers eg. 5-20 on elf bars with free delivery, the delivery is good and has usually arrived within 3 working days, I will continue to use them as long as I’m purchasing these products as saves me a trip into the store”

“I placed my order of which it was delivered swiftly and appreciated the updates to advise me of when it would be delivered. Although one of the items was a bit squished during transit it still worked fine. My choices are not down to the company's offerings just my preferences, therefore i didn't like the tobacco flavored one, or the style of the other vape. BUT that isn't anything against the company as they fulfilled their obligation fully. I would highly recommend them again.”
