The cigara liquids were awful, no distinction between the flavours. They all just had a chemical taste, even on new coils. Wouldn't recommend the cheapish own brand liquids

Been a long time customer of Cigara mainly due to the staff at my local Dumfries branch. Shop closure due to lockdown means I have to rely on the website which I have used several times and am also very happy with. Good prices, often good deals, and speedy delivery.

I must say I am disappointed as a member of five years, meaning I am paying yearly subscription of £24 to be eligible for a discount in store Cigara. Since and due to pandemic you gave me one chance of a 10% discount with a code which I cannot use more than once. Not that money is a problem, but i have noticed i am spending twice as much on my purches than i would normaly. Which i think it’s unacceptable and needs amending for the members and loyal costumers.

Dear Krsitijan Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Unfortunately our stores are closed due to the lockdown. We are offering free shipping and a 10% discount to our members. We are also offering a Dial & Collect service in our Dalston and Bethnal Green branches on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 11am and 5pm. Should you wish to, you can call the store on these days to place an order and collect. Alternatively, should you wish to cancel your membership, you can send through a request to info@mycigara.com. I ordered 2 juice and they both said they came with nicotine shots, I paid I think £4.99 for next day delivery and when they came I had only the juice. I got in contact and was told I never ordered any nicotine and had to send receipt show that it said they both came with it. I was sent out nicotine shots but took 3 days to come and in witch time I had no choice but to smoke.

The Smok Nord 2 does exactly what it says on the tin, delivers a good amount of vapour and flavour. The item was quickly dispatched and the bottle of free juice was greatly appreciated 😊

I really like Cigara juice but I'm very disappointed that apart from a 10% discount we're still not receiving any membership benefits. With the 10% it's still more expensive than the shop price and we can't accumulate points. It's been nearly a year now and I think at least membership could have been suspended or there should be a way to earn points when the shops are closed.
