Had some issues with giving the wrong address, customer service were brilliant and my package arrived the day after they said they'd send it. Even included a free e liquid. Fast, professional and customer focused which is more than you get from most Internet shopping services, well done.

Service & delivery was prompt, however your website still does not offer the Customer loyalty discount that is received in the shop - I have mentioned this previously but nothing has changed.

Great customer service! I first used my cigara in December after being recommended them by a friend for speedy delivery and quality products. This led me to be surprised when after a couple of weeks my order had not arrived, however was quite understanding of any delays due to covid and it being around Christmas time. So I emailed the company for an update. I received prompt responses from Noreen, who sent out my order again. Unfortunately the coils I ordered were out of stock, received the rest of the items I’d ordered the following day and then received the coils only one day after through Royal Mail special delivery! Great customer service to turn around what could have potentially been a bad experience resulting in me not using them again. I will definitely use again following my experience and cannot wait to visit the store when they are able to open! Thank you.

Order was dispatched on 4th January and still no order and now Friday 8th January. Not impressed, before my orders have always been good but not this time. Since sending an email the company apologised that I had not received my order and gave me a full refund.
