I have ordered from cigars for years without any trouble, till this week. Trying to get help from this company is horrendous, I have now been waiting two hrs on the contact us page. I ordered 9 strawberry and 4 strawberry e-liquids early on this week at the cost of £40.30 and received instead 3 blueberry e-liquids. I first emailed about this and got the response that I could have a £5 voucher if I returned the items. There was no acknowledgement that my order hadn’t arrived and I was sent the wrong goods out. No attempt to rectify the problem for me or reimbursement for the items that did not arrive. I have for 8 years always got my e-liquid for my cigars and never had a problem, but the lack of getting someone to do something about this has prompted me to make this review. COME ON MYCIGARA!! Get your people sorted!!!

Apple Peach was completely tasteless. I've also found that all of the Elfio juices destroy the coil within a 10ml bottle.

I have been a customer for last 4 years. I been buying 3 full boxes every 6weeks for 120 pounds. I have been struggling with this company, due to constant new staff,and their manager, is no custom service training. Today went again, new staff,doesn't know what's happening and eventually got so fed up with them that closed my account. Previously similar situation, got liquid from another company in shirecliff, who are cheaper and look after you,no dissapointme. So my advice better product, good prices from other place. No wonder the staff has no customers. The cost of producing e l8quid is 38pence, but gready cigara are getting more greadier. Don't get disappointed, go where your value and buisness is appreciated.

40 giorni per la consegna in Italia ed anche la sorpresa di pagare 14 euro in più per la dogana. Praticamente se le acquistavo in Italia spendevo di meno. Mai più acquisti in Inghilterra.

Absolute joke that I’ve even been asked to review my order that still hasn’t arrived, placed a £30 order on the 18th of December, still received nothing and it’s currently the 5th of January. Customer service were no use when I got in contact with them!

I ordered 7 packs of Juul2 Ruby Menthol and I received 6 packs of Juul Menthol which is a completely different product that I don't need and I don't have the device for. I also paid for customs to import these!!! What a terrible business. I just contacted for a refund and if I don't get it I am going to ask my credit card company to revert the charges but I don't know what to do about the customs I paid. NEVER USE THEM!

This online business seems a lot like fraud to me. They have charged my credit card and after 3 working days of ordering, the items have not been even shipped yet. I contacted their customer support which is supposed to respond within 24 hours and it has been 48 hours without any response. I am going to wait for another day then I reporting this to the bank as fraud because it is surely what it seems like. Avoid at all costs.

Selve bestillingen gik fint. Der har været lang ekspiditionstid og nu er pakke så stoppet, og jeg skal betale 160 kr til post nord for at levere pakken, det er fandeme ikke i orden, når fragten var med i prisen.

Took ages for my order to arrive 5 days said it was Royal Mail 48 hour tracked not only that I’ve had a few issues with the pod refills some aren’t giving any suction I’ve tried them in two different devices and don’t work in either I’m a bit disappointed as it’s been a waste of time and money I won’t be a returning customer

Ordered vapes multiple times and at least 3 times something has been wrong with a vape or an order. Last order I received there was a vape missing and it’s only taken to today after a few emails have I received a reply
