“Ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas gift. They did not go onto recipient’s foot even though they were the correct size. I do not live near the recipient so it took me a week to get them back from her to return but due to the 2 week return window I was unable to replace the gift. Would not shop here again.”

“Horrible and unresponsive customer service, paid extra for priority & express shipping and the shoes arrived 3 days late, with the company taking no responsibility, refusing to refund the supplemental shipping charges and blaming UPS. No response as to their claim with UPS. Messages to customer service where left with an automated answer.”
