“Never received my boots and the company will not respond. There is not a phone # to call and they will not call the # I give them through email. Terrible Customer Service. They should require signatures for higher end products to assure delivery.”

“I LOVE THE UGGS BAILEY'S. I have received so many compliments on these adorable boots. They fit absolutely PERFECT. I normally wear a 9 1/2 in footwear, so I ordered a 10. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT MY SHOPPING EXPERICENCE.”

“Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! Will NEVER do business with My cozy boots again!!!!!! I ordered metallic pink mocassins but received. Shoes with Pom poms. Not my style. Did everything I could to return for the correct item but no one EVER responded... Do Not do business with this company!!!!!!!”

“I was looking to purchase Hoka One One Gaviota running shoes, as I have problems with overpronation and this brand was recommended to me. I had a hard time finding my size in a Wide, but I found it at My Cozy Boots! So happy!! Ordering was very simple, and my order took less than a week to arrive. Very, very happy with the shoes, and with the ease of ordering. I highly recommend these shoes and My Cozy Boots. I will definitely order from here again!”
