“I have wanted Black bow Ugg boots for so long! When I found them I was very happy with the pictures they provided. They had my size ( finally someone who had a 7) I said why not lets try them out. When I went to order it was very easy check out and I received them a few days later and I AM IN LOVE! I am soo soo happy with the company and their brands! I will definitely will be ordering from them again. VERY SOON!”

“Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Questions are answered with questions. It takes forever to get a return email. I've never dealt with a company that does not have a phone number to call. I asked if they had arrived back and instead of just saying yes I was asked if I had the return confirmation. So I looked it up and it said they arrived on the 14th. I asked how long the refund would take and I still have not received a response. That was on Monday it is now Wednesday and I still haven't received a response. I will not need your coupon. I will not be doing business with you all in the future. Very disappointed”
