“While the website clearly states all items are from a Deckers factory outlet, the boots I ordered as new with box came with someone's old used shirt stuffed inside. UGH! I don't mind buying used items. I've shopped at Goodwill but nothing on this site indicates they are peddling used merchandise. In fact, the FAQ's repetitive mention of Deckers factory outlet seems to indicate otherwise. I now question the integrity of this company. The boots are also broken in but without visible wear which is a good thing for this brand because it is stiff when new. While they are nice, I would like to have paid less for used items.”

“Dealing with cozy boots was a good experience. I purchased a boot for my daughter and it was too small. Contacted them and they responded immediately and are sending the next size in the mail.”

“I purchased a pair of Ugg boots, and I ordered my usual size. I received them very quickly, 2 days time. However, this pair was too large. Unfortunately, it costs $22 to return them. Ugggh, I am not happy about that.”
