“I am so happy I found this website. I wanted a pair of Uggs that they no longer made. Thankfully my cozy boots still had a few pairs in stock. Upon arrival I could definitely tell they were authentic as I’m usually skeptical from buying not directly from Ugg. I would 100% purchase from them again!”

“I had a horrible experince with this place. I would never ever purchase anything from them. I had bought my boots a few months ago and never tried them on. I went to put them on and the whole boot ripped down the seam. When I looked closer the seam was glued on not sewed on. These are fake!! I was so disappointed. I waited a very long time to purchase a pair of Uggs and this was my experience? I wrote to them and they were downright rude and said they wouldn't help me even thought the boots were still in the box and brand new. Told me to take them to a shoe repair shop. I couldn't believe it! The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. The boots are for sure fakes! You can just tell. I'm so disappointed to have spent my money this way! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.”

“I placed an order through the “shop” app. Unfortunately, my first order was sent the wrong size. When they resent them my unit number wasn’t on package so post office returned them. I was given a refund but it had $30 deducted. Now I’m really upset because it wasn’t my fault that I was sent the wrong size in the first place. I decided to reorder them cuz they are hard to find, but a pair of boots that should have costed me $164 is now closer to $200. I’m definitely not using them again.”

“So happy t find the green platform Uggs at My Cozy Boots. I ordered them right away and received them in less than a week! Communication about delivery was also timey but not annoyingly persistent. I would definitely shop here again. Great service and great prices on trending boots and hard to find styles. Thank you!!”
