“Ordered a pair of boots for my wife's birthday (with expedited shipping so it would arrive in plenty of time). I received a message the next day that the order was canceled because they suspected it was fraudulent. Even after I contacted them back, they simply stated the system flagged it. No option to order. No confirmation requested. Just canceled.”

Dear JH, You did have an option to reorder, we were not preventing re-orders. Unfortunately, we do cancel transactions that are marked by the payment processor as high-risk fraud for safety reasons. We are sorry you feel like your experience was unpleasant, but we can reassure you that if someone has indeed stolen your credit card and tried to use it for a purchase without your consent, you would have been thankful the transaction was not processed.

“This was my first time ordering from My Cozy Boots, I was skeptical because a lot of the reviews I read were not too good. But I’m so Happy that I ordered anyway!!! I placed my order on a Wednesday and on Saturday I received my order!! The boots were exactly like described and the right size color and style!! No problems what so ever!! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!!”

“Paid extra for next day shipping via UPS. Didn’t get sent out overnight. Tried contacting customer service multiple times via email and also on Facebook page. Never received a response. Customer service was very poor.”

“Well where do I start? There was a huge mixup and this company had nothing to do with it. It was on my end but they worked with me until we had resolve. Super patient and helpful. Even with my demeanor which was a bit heavy. The product arrived fast. Excellent value and beautiful boots. I’m so happy I found this company online and hope to deal with them again. They go above and beyond to work with you and make things absolutely perfect. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed. A++++++ all around.”
