“WARNING...This place is a scam. Ordered boots as a Xmas present. The company is saying they were delivered, but they were not and the company is unwilling to resolve the situation. Do not order from here.”

Dear Jessica, your package was delivered to the address you requested when placing an order. Moreover, the package was signed for upon delivery by an individual named JESICA as clearly confirmed by official FedEx proof of delivery, and we have provided all the documentation, including a digital image of signature and the name of the person who signed for the package, officially released by FedEx. If you have proof, such as video recording, confirming that FedEx proof of delivery is invalid and that no one named Jessica signed for the package at the time and date of the delivery, you are very welcome to submit it for review and further investigation by FedEx.

“My pink Dakota uggs were being delivered and when It said it was delivered I went outside and there was nothing. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past couple of days and they responded fast at first and then they completely stopped replying and it sucks because they don’t have those ugg moccasins anywhere on my size but here! I just want my refund or the mocassins try to be sent again!”

Dear Yvette, we're sorry about your experience. We indeed stopped replying to the messages sent over the weekend as we're closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but we did respond to all the questions you had on Monday morning. Tracking number confirms delivery to the requested address, and the best course of action in this case is to open a claim with the carrier (USPS) at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Tod, your return request was approved well within our return approval period of 2 days (request opened on Nov 6, processed at 9AM on Nov 8). The return reason you indicated is that you do not like the boots. The boots are supposed to have a distressed look, that's the style and is clearly visible in the product images. We are waiting to receive your item back for a refund.

“Exceeded my expectations! They arrived really fast, literally ordered them on a Thursday and got them Saturday. My favorite color is red and decided to purchase these because they looked really cute and christmasy. Love love loved them! They fit me perfectly, I’m a 7 1/2 but since Uggs do not come in 1/2 sizes I took the advice from most and went half a size down and they fit great. Definitely will be shopping on this site again.”
