Ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas gift. They did not go onto recipient’s foot even though they were the correct size. I do not live near the recipient so it took me a week to get them back from her to return but due to the 2 week return window I was unable to replace the gift. Would not shop here again.

Damaged!!! No phone number to call to send back. Over 7 emails to them for info to return. Have messaged them directly from their contact us. No response. Out $170. Do not buy from them!!

Tod, your return request was approved well within our return approval period of 2 days (request opened on Nov 6, processed at 9AM on Nov 8). The return reason you indicated is that you do not like the boots. The boots are supposed to have a distressed look, that's the style and is clearly visible in the product images. We are waiting to receive your item back for a refund.

Paid extra for next day shipping via UPS. Didn’t get sent out overnight. Tried contacting customer service multiple times via email and also on Facebook page. Never received a response. Customer service was very poor.

The prices are obviously great but if you need to make a return they charge a 10% restocking fee, they don't provide return shipping, and state that if the box is damaged then you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. I would be happy with the 10% by itself but having to pay for return shipping and then having liability for a damaged box on top of that is a little much especially considering the shoes they sent me were shipped as the shoe box inside a bag making it VERY susceptible to damage on it's initial delivery. Unless you are absolutely certain of exactly what you want and the exact size you need, you may not save any money in the long run by buy shoes through this website.

I ordered Ugg boots through google for a very good price and received the product timely. Customer service even emailed me to make sure I received the boots. I replied letting them know the Ugg boots were not in brand new condition but lightly used condition as the shoes had many creases in the toe area. I was requested to send pictures which I did, then no response. I kept the boots for an upcoming trip but am very disappointed with my experience with customer service.

The shoes came in with a spot on one shoe. The order should have been inspected before shipping. I am asking for a replacement.

Hello, We indeed do not offer phone support, but are very prompt to respond to emails and Facebook messages, and all your requests were addressed. The package was shipped with FedEx and delivered by them. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds on packages that are delivered unless they are returned, of course.

NOT totally pleased with the boots,I purchased as a gift and the boots are NOT identical! Same color, same size BUT the detail on the boots are NOT! Thought this would be my new go to store but unfortunately it most likely won't be!

Sorry you're unhappy about the return process. Our return policy clearly states return shipping is buyer's responsibility. $30 were charged by USPS, not us and we are unable to control shipping rates unfortunately.
