“I received two different boots, two different sizes and two different colors. I’ve attempted to contact customer service without any response. My boots don’t fit me because one is a size smaller than the other. I ordered the traditional Tan colored UGGs and the fur boot is white and the fur and the other boot is off-white. These are clearly two different . This is the second time this is happened to me where I have gotten two different shoes. The boots look similar on the outside the inside wrong and the sizes ones are nine and one’s are 10. I wear a 10. I ordered a 10. This is extremely frustrating.”

“I ordered a size 9 was sent size 6 then when I reported it to you you said no I ordered a size 6. Not happy about that but my return was ok they were on top of that!”

“My Ugg boots came within a week of me ordering. Sorry they didn't fit and I had to buy a label from My Crazy Boots to send the boots back. That's the part I didn't like. Also there is no customer service person to talk to. But they did answer my email 2 days later.”

“If you are as skeptical as I was, please do yourself a favor and ORDER! My shoes (that were sold out everywhere else) were delivered in perfect condition, in a matter of 3-4 days! Definitely a return customer!”

“Ordered 2 pair of ugg boots - chestnut and black. Shipping speed was fantastic. The black pair had a few scratches. In order to return the shoes, your request has to be approved (after detailing the issue and uploading pictures) and you have to either buy a $20 return shipping label, or pay for your own shipping.. The return policy itself makes me not want to shop here again. That’s worse than fashionova’s return policy..”
