It’s always a risk when shopping online- and I appreciate the timely delivery of my purchase- and honestly I got my boots at a fraction of the price they were everywhere else! So thank you! “I bought UGG bed slippers, they were too small. I tried to send them back & they wouldn’t except them. I also called them & left several messages they never returned my calls. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLUS I RECOMMEND YOU NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Hi! the shoes were too small but they were just as expected. I’ve been meaning to ask can i rerun them and get a size 8 instead? the shoes were NOT worn yet. just as new, and I have all the information you’ll need for me to return them. :)”

“The product was different than what I ordered. Can’t talk to a live person. Tried live Chat and got no response. If after business hours I guess they don’t respond to messages that were sent the day before. I was also charged a restocking fee on returns and I had to pay for return shipping. You get five days to return after you get approved.”

“This company is fake. Beware be where the boots are used. I ordered a pair was delivered 10 minutes ago. Tag inside was blacked out in black shoes. Have battery died on the side. The tissue paper is used that they wrap the used boots in don’t do it I know I know I’ll never get my Money back so I’ll donate to charity beware of buying things from China. I think that’s where they’re from don’t do it go to. UGG. I made a huge mistake with these people. Look at the dates on the people that are riding in there are fake. It says 11 and the year 23 it’s not even here yet you’re too dumb to know that 11 is November of this year don’t do it, I will keep writing reviews to try to save some of you for making a very huge mistake. There’s no way to report these people there’s nobody to talk to. They probably don’t speak English. Anyways, they think Americans are stupid.”
