“I was so excited to find a great deal on Uggs. I ordered a size 8 and received a size 7. After two emails, I was sent a return label with the promise of the correct size en route as soon as they could track the package I returned. I received the replacement, only to find that the boots were fraudulent! I have an exact pair in a different color that I ordered from Ugg and what Cozy Boots sent me was a knock off! I was pretty shocked. When I asked for a return label, I was told I had to pay for the return. Unbelievable. Buyer Beware. Do Not deal with this company. They sell fraudulent merchandise.”
