“Came really fast, love my uggs”

“I was a little skeptical at first because the prices were so great, but the Uggs were legit and in brand new condition! I believe the style was discontinued as when I searched for it online they only came up as ebay and poshmark, etc, places that people were selling them. I will definitely buy from My Cozy Boots again!”

“I wouldn't suggest ordering from here. This is just my personal opinion because there is no one to help you and the "live" chat is unanswered. I would rather just order straight from the ugg store, that way someone can help with things like returns.”

“I asked them to resubmit my return approval with instructions, after she told me it was approved yesterday. I checked my spam and there is no automated email anywhere. I can't return the boots without instructions. I asked her to resubmit the automated email and she just never responded. This website is the worst return experience I've ever dealt with. Thank God for paypal. Also, on the actual website page there is no information about the return request. I feel they are being deceptive.”

“Buyer beware...they have a very strict return policy that only provides a day or two to request a refund. They say that you need to make a request within 14 days of purchase. Well, it took +10 days to receive the boots. I emailed them several times and no reply. Will make a formal complaint to the BBB. Terrible customer service. Still no communication. I filed a refund request days ago and still no correspondence.”

Hello Janet, Your review is misleading for other customers. Please refer to our Returns policy to better understand the terms. - You are allowed 14 days to REQUEST a return from the date of delivery. Transit time is absolutely irrelevant here. - After your request is approved (which can take up to 3 days), you are allowed ANOTHER 5 days to ship the return back. We're not limiting anyone to "a day or two", and provide a generous window to return the products. You're in your right to file complaints, but we do recommend familiarizing yourself with the returns policy before complaining.
