“Amazing customer service. I originally gave a 1-star review out of frustration from what was ultimately my fault. I'm taking the time to change that review because I was in the wrong and they were extremely helpful while trying to figure out an issue of a gift card not working. Thanks!”

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. Your refund was issued in accordance with our Return Policy. We allow 5 days to ship the return back after the request has been approved. “The boots I ordered were awesome! They fit perfectly, look fantastic, and my husband loved them. I bought them as a Christmas gift for him and he said they were the best gift he received from me in a long time. He practically wears them every day since he received them.
