“I’ve tried to get assistance returning my item via email and left messages. The return system is very bad. You should supply a packing slip with instructions on how to return your items if needed. As a customer I shouldn’t have to figure this out. I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone. When reading reviews, no one has had a positive experience with a return. You need to better this process!!”

“I took a gamble on Ugg Colette’s and they were too long needed a smaller size. I needed to return those slippers and the process was very easy. I feel comfortable doing business with a company that if I have a problem with an item I do not have to jump hoops to return.”
