“I ordered Ugg boots through google for a very good price and received the product timely. Customer service even emailed me to make sure I received the boots. I replied letting them know the Ugg boots were not in brand new condition but lightly used condition as the shoes had many creases in the toe area. I was requested to send pictures which I did, then no response. I kept the boots for an upcoming trip but am very disappointed with my experience with customer service.”
