“I wish I could give them a zero star. This company is so sketchy. The item that I ordered arrived home within 5days from CA to MN, but I was so disappointed with quality of merchandise they sent me. It was really a second-hand quality Ugg when I opened the box. Immediately, I felt like I had to return it so that I am able to get my money back. Though I tried to reach out this company both phone calls and email numerous times, they never answered me, which I had to spend my money sending the item back. It was not my responsibility to pay for a shipping fee for a damaged item. They never gave me any response for the return shipping fee issue. So, I ended up spending money that I shouldn’t have. It was the worst experience ever. After about 5 days, I finally got an email from the company, saying my purchase was cancelled without mentioning the return shipping fee. I didn't want to make more problems with them and just wanted get my money refunded. So, folks please be careful. Do not buy any items here as it is very suspicious. I wish I’d never use this website. What a waste of my time and money!!!!!!!”
