“I actually purchased these Like 6 months Ago but am just doing my review now. I absolutely LOVE these boots! It’s a real job keeping them clean but I work HARD at it! I have about 3 pairs I ordered straight off uggs website and I can honestly say these are no different then those & this site offers Afterpay & that helps a TON!”

“First of all, I want to say that boots I bought was fine and came very quickly. However, I purchased a pair of boots during our state tax free weekend but was charged for the sales tax. I had to write 3 times to get anyone to respond back to my request for the tax money back (which DOR suggested me to do). I finally received an email saying "You have received refund," but money is not refunded in the credit card after 4 days. I emailed them again about this and will see if anyone will get back to me. But, I am NOT IMPRESSED with their customer service and will not bother using this site ever again!”

Hello, Thank you for your opinion. Unfortunately, the payment processing system is automated and it cannot take state tax holiday weekends in various states into consideration. Therefore, all tax refunds have to be processed manually. Since you emailed us over the weekend, we only responded when we reopened. Please note that once we issue a refund, it is the responsibility of YOUR BANK to put it bank into your account. Normally, banks take anywhere between 2-5 business days to do so. We recommend that you check with your bank as to when they will process the refund.
