I have sent a couple emails and even called the number listed no one is yet to reply on how I need to exchange for a bigger size. However receiving my original order was quick and fast. I just wish I could exchange my order so I can actually wear my boots.

I have no problem with the boots except they just did not fit me. My complaint is customer service. Iit is impossible to get in touch with customer service. I left 3 voice messages & emailed 3 times with a question about returns, to this day (it’s been 3 weeks) I never heard back from the company. That is just absolutely unacceptable. So if you are ordering something, you know 100% will work for you. I’m sure the product will be fine. But can’t expect to ever get in touch with Customer Service.

Boots w a y too small. Cost $20 to ship back. Poor choice for me.

It was supposed to be a Christmas presents for Twins but only one pair came yes the issue was resolved but it was after the holidays.

Order was delivered by USPS. Said it was left at mailbox, never came. Have to wait 5 days to file a claim and item no longer in stock.

I have no problem with the products offered or the service in ordering. I've given such a low rating because of their terrible return policy. I had ordered a slipper (without a box) in an 8, which was too large. Upon processing the return I learned that they didn't have a smaller size without a box, and I would have to pay extra for the smaller size with a box. You have to pay for shipping, but can't use their box (they don't want tape or writing on the box) or else you'd pay a 50% restocking charge. Although they had originally shipped me a box when I didn't order one, I had no idea if I'd have to pay the charge. You also have to return the product within 5 days. It felt like jumping through hoops. That was my first and last time ordering from this company.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our return policy. Just to clarify for you and other customers, we do not allow tape or shipping labels or other objects on the ORIGINAL product box when sending a return as that makes the product non-resellable in a new condition. You are always welcome to reuse the SHIPPING box. And yes, we do have a specified return window to ensure that products are returned in a timely manner and that is a reasonable policy in line with industry standards. We also do not/cannot guarantee that a specific item will be available a replacement due to fast turnaround of goods and popularity of certain products. When an exchange is not available, the customer can choose between a refund or store credit.

First of all, no email to acknowledge my order. Second, poor tracking. Third, payment went through 2 weeks before order received. While price was indeed competitive, customer satisfaction - for me- was poor

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter and then realized I got the wrong size. I have emailed and left multiple messages to see about exchanging the boots but have not had any response!

The boots are good but the customer Service is very poor. Very poor communication. Everything is automated, seems no humans read emails or answer phone.

5 Stars for delivery efficiency, however 1 star for having me pay for shipping on a return of two boots, even though I requested store credit. I also feel they should offer phone Customer Service, It's frustrating not being able to speak to anyone unless It's via-email

I recently ordered boots from this company. Unfortunately they were too small. I attempted to ask for an exchange. However, they will not allow a return until it is “approved” which took several days. In addition, I emailed them 3 times to ask if I could exchange the boots rather than just return them and never got a response. They actually did me a favor, since I will no longer use this company for anything. The return cost me an extra $25 and they made the whole thing more difficult than it needed to be. I will stick with Amazon from now on!

Hello Holly, I am really sorry your package is being delayed. All carriers are overwhelmed these days with shipping volume and, unfortunately, delays do occur. With that being said, you're always welcome to track the package using the tracking number provided or contact us via live chat or email. I see that your package arrived in TN yesterday, so I believe you should have it in the next day or so at the latest! Boots are wonderful but had to return them since they sent size 2 when I needed an eight. Return policy very difficult and had to pay$15.00 shipping cost and was told there could be 30% restocking fee as well. Returned them 2 days ago but still have not heard anything. Very poor customer service if u ask me.

After some strange confusion, USPS delivered my UGG boots. I was excited to put them on just to find that a small chunk of sheep fur is missing from the top front section on the left boot’s furry part. I love the boots otherwise, very cute. But it looks like a chunk was eaten by moth, somehow ripped out or it’s just a defect. I am bummed because it’s in the visible area on the front and it’s just a white bald spot, I keep brushing the fur around it over to cover it up. I guess it is to be expected from an outlet store? Not very happy with the purchase at all.
