I placed an order through the “shop” app. Unfortunately, my first order was sent the wrong size. When they resent them my unit number wasn’t on package so post office returned them. I was given a refund but it had $30 deducted. Now I’m really upset because it wasn’t my fault that I was sent the wrong size in the first place. I decided to reorder them cuz they are hard to find, but a pair of boots that should have costed me $164 is now closer to $200. I’m definitely not using them again.

Have reached out to customer service and no response. Love my Ugg boots but there was a red ink mark on one of the boots. Still waiting to get a response to resolve,

Very disappointed that I had to pay $6.75 for boot protection. I tried on several times to remove it but was unable.

Got my size wrong so had to return for refund because was out of my size.Over all boots was nice and price was even nicer.Waiting on refund to reorder!

To be honest somebody tell me are these real uggs I bought a pair recently baileys suede bow chestnut and yes they were cute but when i walk in them they seem not like real uggs like they kinda start creasing and bulky a lil bit when i walk to where I have to walk with my arch up so they will look straight and thin not bulky and creasing

My purchase arrived quickly. The boots are obviously seconds from UGG, that this job we purchased. I’ve owned this same pair of boots before, but returned them to NORDSTROM because the size was too small and my toe was right on the tip. I ordered a larger size in a men boot and am pleased with the overall fit. It will be easy to wear my inserts. My only comment is that the orange sole that is on the boot is noticeably different from the top portion. There are slight scuff marks from some manipulation of the sole that was attached? The price was lower than the $209 that I originally paid. I’m happy with the unique color and have no major complaints. Just know that you are purchasing less than perfect UGG boots for a reduced price.

My boots were damaged I really like them but there was red Sharpie on the outside top layer it's the lightest colored layer on the boot so was a big disappointment

Great price, fast delivery, but my boots were damaged 💔 it sucks to love them so much but can't enjoy them because of scuffs and RED SHARPIE MARKS. I have a strong feeling customer service will not satisfy this issue 😑 😕 😒

Your prices are higher than what the original retailers sale for just because they are a “ in demand” product and to return an item shouldn’t cost 20$! I will never order again.

I ordered a size 9 was sent size 6 then when I reported it to you you said no I ordered a size 6. Not happy about that but my return was ok they were on top of that!

Ordered 2 pair of ugg boots - chestnut and black. Shipping speed was fantastic. The black pair had a few scratches. In order to return the shoes, your request has to be approved (after detailing the issue and uploading pictures) and you have to either buy a $20 return shipping label, or pay for your own shipping.. The return policy itself makes me not want to shop here again. That’s worse than fashionova’s return policy..

The item I got was one of “No Box” items. The claim for these items is that they are unworn and new. When I received my item, it did appear to be unworn however there were several markings on the straps of the sandals. For the most part they are on the underside where they aren’t visible when being worn but there are a few that are visible which is unfortunate. I tried to contact the seller by email to see if this was normal or if that was supposed to be included in the item description but I never received a response. Overall my experience was just ok. If I do decide to shop here again I probably won’t do any of the “No Box” items and I wouldn’t recommend those items to anyone.

The ordering was great but UPS seems to have lost my order and MyCozyBoots wasn’t monitoring the shipment. I ordered on 4/23 and the package is still not received as of 5/6.
