“If you do not receive your order they will have the package returned and destroyed until you receive exactly what you ordered. I have not received better service or clear communication from any company.”

“I have searched and searched for an affordable medical alert product for my patient who recently had a successful kindney transplant after 3 YEARS on dialysis. He didn't want a bracelet. Your dogtags fit the bill completely! It was very easy to order, was affordable, and arrived within days. Best yet, he is absolutely thrilled and put his dogtag necklace on immediately! “Name was misspelled and when I followed directions to correct, they contacted me back AFTER order was completed saying that wouldn’t correct it even though I requested correction 10 mins after order was placed. Will not be using them again”

Hi Susan, we take great pride in making your dogtags to match what you designed on our website. It seems that you made a typo when entering your information. Our automated dogtag production system is so fast that sometimes dogtags are made within minutes of the order being placed, hence the 20 minute cut-off window for corrections. “I ordered the WWII U.S. Navy two hole I.D. Tags so as to replicate those which my Father would have worn at that time. Years ago, I had obtained an official copy of his Service Records and from that was able to retrieve essential data such as his service number, blood type, religion, month & year of tetanus shot, to ensure the tags accuracy. I'll use these tags as part of a service related shadow box to be made for each of my Sons.//”

“Please if you need Dog Tags have MY DOG TAG do the work. Its stunning and extremely rewarding to see the absolute perfect work making an idenetical dog tag for you. I am so pleased with the duplicate Vietnam issue era version of my do tages. They are identical to the US ARMY issue I received in Basic Training at Fort Ord in October 1969. “Have ordered a few different tags from here, they have always been very good quality and last a very long time. Always quick delivery. These last tags turned out good, however the placement of the letters were not "exactly as shown".”
