Thanks for your feedback, but if would be helpful if you confirmed which tags you ordered. The standards changed many over times over the years, for example the dogtags issued in the 50s are very much different than tags issued today.

Hi Connie, Thanks for your feedback. Perhaps you could consider sharing a photo of the dogtags you received. We take great pride in making a high quality product that is made to military specifications. If the tags you received were defective in any way we will certainly replace them.

“The tags came out great and now I have a way to save my vaxx info in case I lose my card. In case you lose it, you will be asked for everything but shoe size for a state issued replacement.”

“They are perfect. We travel in the winter month so just having name address and phone like most places do. I had to make 2 tags. One with local stuff and traveling with all the phone number. Yours I put 5 lines on the front and 3 lines on the back. There was no places that would do front and back. They did super job and fast. Thank you.”

“I decided to wait a bit after receiving my first pair to write a review because I wanted to see how they hold up, and I must say I'm impressed. I made a minor mistake in the design of my tag but they were super accommodating and fixed it within an hour after I contacted them, and they were super polite about it so great customer service. And, after a month of hard use, the tags themselves have held up very well. The quality of the tags is great. I just bought another 2 pairs of tags from them and if I need another I'm definitely choosing them.”

“I receive it with bending defecte, the material used look and feel to cheap and thin stainless, the chain look good , the stickers small for the tags And the rubber covers the name on it it’s look awful .”
