“I give a 4 as the first phone call the man was rude and hung up on me. I had to call back. Got a great guy. Though I asked for typical WWII Navy cord I got modern dog tag chain. But the tags are very good. And authentic looking.”

Hi Priscilla, Thanks for your feedback and for sharing the photos. Your original phone call was dropped when our VOIP phone line disconnected by accident, sorry for that. According to your order proof image you did order ballchains with your tags, but cotton cords are indeed available.

“My tags had been missing for a couple of years. Couldn't find them in my truck. Someone needed them bad enough to "borrow" them from my rear view mirror. Really missed seeing them as I drove..
