“Easy transaction with the web site, and fast delivery service. Great quality of item. HOWEVER: My service number printed on the tags came out "XXX-XX-XXXX" instead of my actual service number entered on the web site. I understand privacy issues, but this is an item worn on my body underneath the shirt, and worn pert near all the time. I don't think any hackers will be stealing my service number off my tags. An excellent item, very nice price, fast service, but the misprinted number led to the unsat rating. Based on this error, would not recommend, or buy again from this vendor”

Hi Tom, thanks for your feedback and your military service. To be clear we print tags EXACTLY as submitted to us on our website and do not make any changes without the customers specific request. The tags you received should match the proof image we emailed you EXACTLY. Although we suggest replacing some numbers of the SSN for privacy with XX's it is ultimately up to the customer to make this decision. Perhaps someone in your family ordered these on your behalf and made a mistake entering the information. In any case, we would pleased to remake your tags with your correct information.

“Sadly I had borrowed my Niece long time ago my dog tags, but never got them back. The tags became lost in her life shuffle. Was glad to stumble upon this site and ordered new ones. Very nice and even ordered the famous P38! Oh yeah, love them!”

“They came quickly and just as I ordered them. I put my service number instead of my social security number and they were spot on perfect, without being shiny and setting you up for identity theft. These are the best luggage tags ever made. Just use Paracord and you bag will be easily identified with a bunch of similar bags. Also great to wear in case of a road accident. Nice having your blood type around your neck.”
