“I wanted another set of my dogtags to put with various key rings or luggage tag usage. I am happy with the results. I read online you can rub black shoe polish into the groves to make them easier to read.”

“My dog tags arrived today and I could not have been more satisfied. I had ordered the silicone chain cover which was so different from the rigid stiff tube that I wore in the Army. It was soft and pliable. The tags look amazing. Couldn’t wait to begin wearing them again.”

“I was recently in the hospital and diagnosed with diabetes; among the first things I did was order a set of medic alert dog tags; ordered them either on Saturday or Sunday, they arrived Thursday! That's pretty fast for something custom printed. I ordered one set, but 2 sets of tags were sent - not sure why, but it was written on the order sheet as 4 tags. The service and quality are all top notch and at extremely reasonable prices. They also are the only ones I have purchased dog tags silencers from that haven't disintegrated after a few months; had current ones close to 3 years now, no flaws yet. I purchased several replacement sets of silencers, may be a while before I need them.”

Hi Joy, Thanks for your feedback. Our ball-chains are mil-spec and made in the USA, howver it is possible that the one you received is defective in which case we will replace it. It can indeed be difficult to close a chain, since sometimes you have to pull tightly to have the ball snap into place into the connector piece.
