“These tags are of excellent quality. They arrived fast, and the ordering process was simple. The only recommendation I would make is that you should provide an actual real world picture of the difference between the shiny and non-shiny finish. The shiny finish on your computer rendition does not appear very shiny but in real life, it is very shiny. I would have picked the non shiny version had I seen a real world picture of them side by side.”

Hi Mariane, It is impossible for us to double bill our customers, since the checkout process is completely controlled by the customer and we do not have access to customer credit card information since the transaction takes place securely between our payment processor (Stripe.com or PayPal) and your bank. Looking at your order it appears that you may have accidentally added a second set of dogtags to your shopping cart.
