Hi Charles, Thanks for your military service. It appears that you did not include "JR." when you designed your tags, which is why it is not included on the tags you received. That said, please email us and we can work something out to get you updated tags.

“It turned out just like my mom wanted. The dogs tag expressed what my mom wanted to say about my dad who passed away in May of 2020. The site was fairly easy to navigate for a non techy and the tag came within a reasonable time and price tag.”

“They are great. There was a mix up with the number of tags shipped and they immediately sent me the missing tags with a couple extra. The tags are wonderful and should last. I bought the tags for my dogs. Most tags I looked at seemed pretty flimsy and not made to last. Thanks so much.”

Hi John, You ordered our vintage era-specific debossed tags which are indeed harder to read and is why the military eventually switched to embossed tags which are much easier to read. One way to make them easier to read is to rub some black shoe polish into the letters to make them stand out more. Alternatively, please email us and we can arrange to replace them with embossed tags.
