“This is my third set. You have to keep the data correct. This set really feels like the WWII type, heavier than most modern reproduction. The metal used is also not shiny like others. This is dull, as they should be. The tags read exactly as I requested. Excellent dog tags! I will order again. Strongly recommend these! OBTW, I broke out my Model 70 reader and these tags work!”

Our son was 8 when his hero passed so he grew up with just us two . I told him stories about his dad and now we tell the boys . The Dog Tags are just another way of keeping him close to us . “Easy transaction with the web site, and fast delivery service. Great quality of item. HOWEVER: My service number printed on the tags came out "XXX-XX-XXXX" instead of my actual service number entered on the web site. I understand privacy issues, but this is an item worn on my body underneath the shirt, and worn pert near all the time. I don't think any hackers will be stealing my service number off my tags. An excellent item, very nice price, fast service, but the misprinted number led to the unsat rating. Based on this error, would not recommend, or buy again from this vendor”

Hi Tom, thanks for your feedback and your military service. To be clear we print tags EXACTLY as submitted to us on our website and do not make any changes without the customers specific request. The tags you received should match the proof image we emailed you EXACTLY. Although we suggest replacing some numbers of the SSN for privacy with XX's it is ultimately up to the customer to make this decision. Perhaps someone in your family ordered these on your behalf and made a mistake entering the information. In any case, we would pleased to remake your tags with your correct information.
