“I expected a replica of my original dog tag. Nope. The letter pressings were minimal and the tag felt like cheap metal. Chalk it up to my ignorance in ordering maybe, but I am not a fan of what I received.”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review and feedback. We have reached out to you directly to see what we can do differently to meet your expectations. The tags you received are made of 304 stainless steel and are the same tags currently issued by the US military. Depending on when and where your original tags were issued the metal can be different. Tags made between WW2 and Vietnam were generally thicker than modern tags. Thank you for your military service.

“The dog tags I ordered are exactly what I expected and are extremely high quality! The ball chain is really nice, the Rx cover is quality, and the tags themselves are faithful reproductions of the originals! The only problem I had was my address got autocorrected by USPS so I had to pay shipping twice, but the customer support was good.”

“Great product, quick turnaround. My only complaint would be that when longer lengths on leather it’s important to take into consideration that the knot is 1.5- 2.0 inches. So if you want a 32 inch necklace 34 inch length has to be ordered. My bad . I’ve done this twice already.”

“I love the dog tags! My husband served in the Army during the Vietnam war. He didn’t talk about his time there . He passed away 13 months ago from Agent Orange complications. These dogs tags will help me as I remember him and the sacrifice he made for me and all Americans.”

“My order arrived earlier than expected and the quality was obviously better than anticipated. The options I chose might have said “military” quality, but I can definitely say they are better than my issues tags.”

“Since I do not wear watches, rings or bracelets, I chose to wear a Dog Tag with NO CPR written on it along with my name and hometown. I did not want to wear a medical bracelet. I wore 'dog tags' for 2 years, 1970-1071.”
