These hardware and software features are coupled with the best and most professional customer-centric service I have ever experienced with any online business. MyDogTags even sends a 'preview' email after you place an order so you can actually see how your dog tags will be printed and make a final spelling and layout check. Shipping charges are always reasonable and delivery only takes several days. Hi Donald, Thank you for your review. Our dog tags are made with the same size lettering as the US military has always used. There have been some bases over the years that end up with civilian embossing machines that use larger print than the standard military font. This is very rare though. Depending on when your original tags were issued they were probably debossed, meaning the letters are pressed into the face of the tag. The tags you ordered are embossed which are a lot easier to read however they will look a lot different than the older debossed style. We have lots of options to make dog tags that best match what you and other veterans were originally issued. “I was hoping the vietnam indicator was an actual dogtag, not a sticker. As far the stamping of the dogtags A++++, just the sticker was a let down.”

Hi Ray, thanks for your feedback. Our website clearly describes that product as a decal/sticker. We would be happy to refund you the 99 cents you paid for it. Sorry but we do not carry pre-printed Vietnam Service ribbon dogtags.
