“This is the second time I've ordered from MDB and this time probably cos it's not Christmas it was lightening fast. I ordered about noon and the doll arrived around 11am the following day as described in mint condition. On the previous occasion I ordered I did request and pay for it to be gift wrapped which disappointingly didn't happen but like I say it was Christmas so I imagine they were very busy. I didn't remember until some time after and I couldn't remember my login details so I never gave them an opportunity to rectify the issue so I can't hold it against them. Speaking of which I could not login to my previous account and reset password option failed to send me an email even though I tried several times. I created a new account in the end with another email address I own, which I didn't mind too much cos they've never sent me spam or pestered me with offers etc. To sum up I'd say that considering they are the only uk supplier I've found, they do not take advantage of the captive audience they have and although a little more expensive than US vendors, with no import tax or postage cost they are pretty fair and very fast so don't waste your time shopping around.
