They should have been easy , but due to poor quality. Proved to be difficult. The screws were terrible to go in. I think for £75 I was overcharged..

Hi, I'm sorry you were not happy with your doll. I can assure that any new genuine American Girl doll will not be available for £30. There are many copies of this doll plus other cheaper brands of similar doll on ebay. We only sell the genuine American Girl dolls.
