“We have recently had a bad experience with Fave's customer service. Had enquired about an expired voucher that was still charged to me despite me not using it and the the customer service representative was so rude, condescending, and downright unhelpful. Even the email sent was returned with a very generic and unhelpful reply.”

Bought a manicure voucher from Fave. Called and texted the outlet several times to make appointment, no reply. Fave just simply put up merchant at their portal who do not bother to receive appointment. This is not the first time I encountered with such problem. Couldn't risk waiting for the voucher to expire, so I requested for a refund.
The app showed that they have refunded the money to my MasterCard. End up it was a HUGE LIE! They just refunded it back to me with in the form of "cash back" in the app with 3 months validity! End up the cash back is expired and gone!
I believe that this is the best way that a company can scam money from consumer - not providing service to consumer, meanwhile Fave is profiting from expired cash back - the "cash back" which was initially my money!
Very bad customer service from Lucis and LIAM, especially Lucis who talked sarcastically when I was pointing out their problem. They were just circling with their so called "proof" and shut you up with their T&C which makes no sense at all. Cold and heartless customer service indeed!!

Any logical or reasonable human would NOT provide them with their private personal details if FAVE was not going to give ANY refund, reimbursement or restatement. If negative or 0 star rating were possible, I would give it a -5 star rating. Sad that anyone has to resort to doing an internet review to give the general an accurate impression of Fave.”

As I am a person who doesn't like to go through the hassle of signing up for membership programs, I like how easy it is for me to earn and use cashback at places such as Prime Supermarket or Harvey Norman. And I can connect my grab wallet to earn grab points too.”
