We do not seem to have any correspondence from you regarding an issue with your order. We do our best to prevent mistakes in order fulfilment, but if a mistake does happen we will always fix it up.
I have looked up your order and your product does go by a few names, and our label calls it 'Recovery Tea', which is also known as Essiac Tea.
